What To Expect

[itinerary title=”Day 1: Nairobi” number=”1″ style=”default”]Arrival in Nairobi. Meet & greet at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest and group introductions.
Training session – as per the coach’s program.
Dinner: Traditional “Nyama Choma” barbecue and cultural show featuring exotic meats and African dances.
Accommodation: Safari Park Hotel
Facilities: Gym, aerobics room, swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track on-site, sauna[/itinerary]

[itinerary title=”Day 2. Nairobi – Ngong Hills Trekking & City sights” number=”2″ style=”default”]Early departure with packed breakfast for trekking in the Ngong Hills.
Route: 7 hills, approx. 16.6 km round trip (option for one-way), max elevation: 2,460 m, elevation gain from starting point: 960 m.
Trek duration: approx. 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Lunch at a local café, followed by a visit to the Giraffe Centre. Optional short city tour depending on time.
Return to hotel for a standard dinner.
Children: Shorter trekking route available with an additional guide if needed.[/itinerary]

All meals included (3 times daily).
Full day of fitness training.
Children’s Program: Certified local trainers can provide age-appropriate activities if required.[/itinerary]

[itinerary title=”Day 7. Transfer to Arusha (Tanzania)” number=”7″ style=”default”]Morning training, breakfast, and departure no later than 10:00 AM.
Transfer to the Tanzanian border (Namanga) – 1.5–2 hours.
Border crossing, vehicle change, and transfer to Arusha – another 1.5–2 hours.
Lunch: En route.
Check-in at hotel, rest, and recovery activities – yoga, swimming, light mobility work after the bootcamp.
Accommodation: Fun Retreat Resort
Facilities: Pools, children’s play areas, yoga space[/itinerary]

Domestic flight to Serengeti around 10:00 AM (1 hour).

Facilities: Mini-gym, playground, open space for training, and a “kids’ bonfire” experience with marshmallow roasting.

Picnic lunch in the park.

Stop at a traditional Maasai village on the way.
Safari inside the crater with picnic lunch. Exit by 4:00 PM and transfer to the lodge. Dinner and relaxation.
Optional training sessions in the morning and evening.
Accommodation: The Retreat at Ngorongoro
Facilities: Swimming pool, treadmill, bikes, open grounds for workouts[/itinerary]
