Run in Kenya.

A professional high-altitude running camp in Iten (2400 m) with gradual acclimatization and the opportunity to experience Kenya’s nature.
The program combines altitude training, running on dirt roads, recovery sessions, and safari as an element of active recreation.
The itinerary is designed with gradual altitude gain before reaching the training camp to ensure proper adaptation and acclimatization:

  • Nairobi – 1795 m
  • Nakuru – 1900 m
  • Iten – 2400 m

4–5 hours safari. After safari:

  • Lunch at Karen Blixen Coffee Gardens
  • Visit to the Giraffe Centre
  • Short city tour (time permitting)

Lunch at Naivasha Sopa Resort restaurant. Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park (1 hour).
Safari and lodge check-in. Dinner.

• Morning and evening runs on dirt roads
• Track sessions
• Interval training
• Recovery sessions (pool, cryotherapy, massage)
• Stretching and strength & conditioning
