What To Expect

[itinerary title=”Day 1. Nairobi – Naivasha” number=”1″ style=”default”]Your adventure begins as you arrive in Nairobi by 3:00 PM. After a warm welcome from your guide, you’ll head straight to the picturesque Lake Naivasha, nestled in the Great Rift Valley (approx. 2.5 hours by road).
Once there, unwind at the tranquil Naivasha Sopa Resort, where lush gardens, lake views, and grazing giraffes set the tone for your safari. Dinner is included at the lodge.

By 10:00 AM, depart for the world-renowned Masai Mara, with a picnic lunch en route. This drive takes you through breathtaking highlands and the escarpments of the Rift Valley.
Arriving at the park, head straight into your first game drive, where you might encounter elephants, lions, and giraffes. Settle into your comfortable lodge for dinner and a well-earned rest.

Then, continue your journey south toward Amboseli National Park (approx. 4 hours), located at the base of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy lunch at the lodge and head out for a sunset game drive, where you’ll likely see herds of elephants with Africa’s tallest peak in the background.

Enjoy a hot lunch at the scenic Kilaguni Serena Lodge, then continue to the Salt Lick Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive in the late afternoon and enjoy a sunset safari as you make your way to the lodge.
Salt Lick offers one of Africa’s most unique experiences—watching elephants and wildlife from your room, overlooking a waterhole.
